Cadet Senior Airman (C/SrA) is a grade that indicates the completion of the Mary Feik Achievement in the cadet program.

By this time, Cadets have served at least 6 months in the program (usually more). Most Cadets take longer than that to reach this point and usually have done a few of group, wing, or other, higher level activities. Senior Airman are in essence NCO's in training. They may be asked to supervise subordinate cadets in the absence of a junior NCO. By this point a Senior Airman is usually a cadet element leader.

Cadet Senior Airmen are to be referred to as "Airman" or "Cadet Airman."
